For made to order styles please expect estimated shipping to be within 2 weeks after purchase. All other items will be shipped within 2-3 days.

Returns & Exchange

We offer Free returns and exchanges for all customers in the UK.  For all International returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Please fill out the return/ exchange form enclosed in your package, get in touch with us on info@a-portrait-of.com with your name, order number and the reason of your return, our team will be in touch and send you the return label via E-mail.

You can simply print it out and book a collection at your convenience time, or drop your parcel off at your closest drop off point, our customer service team will provide you with more informations on this. 

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 calendar days in which to return your order. International customers are entitled to 28 days from the day you receive your order. In event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid for the items. Return items will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.

Once we received your item, you will be fully refunded. Your refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and we will not be able to accept any returned items outside of our returns period.



Exchanges will be shipped and refunds processed only after the original item has been received back to our London studio. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size.
